We are happy to work with most metals for hand engraving, the only exclusions are certain hardened steels, certain grades of titanium and certain grades of stainless steel. Please include any information pertaining to this in your contact form.
For Scrimshaw, most organic bone, tooth, or polyester based materials work quite well. Again, please include this information in your contact form.
Please note that deposits are non refundable once we have started the design process for your engraving.
